Course fees

Balance payments for courses must be paid at the start of your course date, unless a payment plan has been set up by Nailbase.

We except cash, card, paypal or bank transfers only, no cheques.

Please note that admission will only be confirmed on receipt of full payment.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to other courses 2 weeks prior to start date. Courses transferred after this time will lose their deposit.


Certificates will only be released once course has been completed and all case studies have been sent in at the standard your tutor has set for you.

Nailbase have the right to withhold certificates if standards have not been met and you may be asked to attend more training to get to the level required to pass your course at an extra cost to yourselves.


Courses can be organized in or outside Nailbase premises, and change if numbers have not been met.


No refunds will be made for cancellations notified to Nailbase within 10 working days prior to the course start date and for “no shows.”

Attendees can be substituted.

Nailbase reserves the right to cancel a training session where minimum numbers have not been met and to reschedule another date.
